1 package of pasta type fusilli
2 tablespoons (scoop) of butter
1 minced garlic clove
1 diced onion
1 cup (American) hot milk
200g grated mozzarella cheese
100g grated provolone cheese
100g grated Parmesan cheese
150g grated Catupiry cheese
Salt to taste
1 can of unsalted cream
1 package of pasta type fusilli

150g grated Catupiry cheese
Salt to taste
1 can of unsalted cream
Cook the pasta al dente (firm, but still slightly soft)
Calculate the time for the pasta and sauce to be ready together
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic and onion
Cook for three minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the milk, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, and Catupiry cheese
Stir until the cheese is melted and well combined
Season with salt to taste
Remove from heat and stir in the unsalted cream
Serve immediately.
