1 cut up chicken breast
1 packet of onion soup
1/3 cup Mandarin liqueur
1/3 cup orange juice
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup uncooked rice

Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish
Preheat the oven to 170° (moderate)
Mix together the liqueur, onion soup, and orange juice and pour over the chicken
Let it rest for 2 hours
Cover with aluminum foil and let it bake for 2 and a half hours, basting occasionally until the chicken is tender
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot
Add salt and rice
Simmer over low heat until the water has evaporated and the rice is cooked
Add the green beans and let them warm up
Place the rice on a hot platter and surround it with the chicken pieces
Cover with the remaining sauce
Serve in 4 portions.
