Filling
1 1/2 kg of lizard steak
1 tablespoon of salt
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 cups of water
200g of green olives without pits
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of oregano

Add salt and garlic to the steak
Fry in a hot skillet with the hot olive oil until browned
Place three cups of water, cover, and cook for one hour
Remove from heat, let cool, and check if the meat is tender
Cut into thin slices using a sharp knife or frozen food slicer
Mash the olives with olive oil and vinegar in a blender
Add oregano, mix well, and serve on top of the steak
Use as a filling in your sandwich preference
If desired, add ketchup and English sauce.
