2 tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 cups of finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon of minced green chili pepper

Curry Sauce:
1 tablespoon of butter

Curry Sauce:
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of curry powder or to taste
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°F)
Grease 8 ramekins with 1/2 cup capacity each
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the onion and fry until golden brown
Remove from heat
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs
Add the broth, cream, green chili pepper, salt, and onion
Mix well and spread evenly among the prepared ramekins
Cover each one with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place in a baking dish with boiling water that reaches halfway up the ramekins
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm
Remove from water and let cool for 5 minutes
Remove the foil and invert onto individual serving plates or a large serving platter
Keep warm
Place a little of the curry sauce on top and sprinkle with crumbled bacon
Serve immediately, accompanied by the remaining curry sauce
Curry Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the onion and fry for a few minutes
Reduce heat, add the curry powder
Continue cooking and stirring without stopping for an additional 10 minutes
Add the heavy cream
Increase heat and bring to a boil
Immediately reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens (about 12 minutes)
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Serve hot.
