Fry the pork cutlet in a non-stick skillet, until it's nicely browned on both sides
Season to taste
Cut the onions into rings, peel the potatoes, and cut them into slices
Place the onions and potatoes in a pot with the wine and cook over low heat until the potato is cooked through
Season to taste and serve over the pork cutlet
If you don't have a non-stick skillet, let the pork cutlet cook in tempered water with salt and pepper.
