1 kg of Ground Beef
2 chopped onions
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup (ch) of butter
2 cups (ch) of tomato puree
2 cubes of beef broth
1 cup (ch) of milk
2 breakfast eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup (ch) of biscuit flour
Grated cheese to taste

Sauté the onion and garlic in butter
Add the ground beef and let it brown
Add the tomato puree and set aside
Dissolve the beef broth in milk and soak the egg
Mix the egg with the ground beef and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until a paste forms
Transfer to a greased refrigerator and sprinkle with flour and cheese
Bake in the oven to gratinate.
