4 cans of white bean
6 slices of bacon
1 tablet of chicken broth
1 onion
4 fresh sausages or 1 can of sausage
1 can of tomato puree
rice
2 carrots
1 celery stalk (salad)
vinegar and olive oil to season the salad
1 package of lemon gelatin (optional)
apricot liqueur (optional)

Start dinner 12 hours ahead
Chop the bacon and onion
Cook the bacon
Open the cans of white bean, sausage, and tomato puree
Add the onion to the bacon
Let it cook for a bit
Remove some of the fat from the bacon
Combine the white beans, tomato puree, chicken broth, sausages cut into slices, and rice
Let it simmer in low heat
Prepare the rice as usual
Grate the carrot and chop the celery
Prepare the dessert by mixing together the contents of the gelatin package, 1/2 cup of boiling water, and beat for 5 seconds
Add 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice and beat for another 20 seconds until smooth
Portion into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for 5 minutes
If desired, perfume the dessert with a few drops of liqueur
Season the salad and serve your dinner.
