1/4 teaspoon of salt

Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet, brushed with oil, and heat a pan with the oil over medium-high heat
Add the flour, whisk well, and gradually add hot milk while stirring
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer
Add the salt
Stir with a wooden spoon until thickened
Remove from heat and pour over the cauliflower
Transfer to a hot oven, preheated, for gratining.
