3/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of cumin
1/4 cup of chopped green scallions

Arrange the flower sprout clusters on a refrigerated tray
Prepare the sauce by blending all ingredients in a blender, except for the green scallions
Purée and combine with the green scallions
Place around the flower sprouts and warm in the oven, or serve chilled
Serves 6
