2 spoonfuls of fat
1 cup of finely chopped onion
1 kg of pork loin cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 spoonfuls of paprika
1 1/2 to 2 cups of boiling water
3 cups of pickled cucumber (can be found in packets)
1 cup of sour cream
2 spoonfuls of fat
1 cup of finely chopped onion

Heat the fat in a pot
Salt the onion until it becomes transparent
Add the pork loin and cook everything together for about 10 minutes
Add the salt, black pepper, and paprika
Stir well
Add enough water to just cover the meat
Drain the pickled cucumber
Place it on top of the meat and cover the pot
Let it simmer slowly for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender
Add the sour cream and stir well to combine
Allow it to reach a boil, but do not let it boil
Let it simmer for a few minutes.
