1 salted ear
1/2 pound of pork ribs, salted
1/2 pound of beef or pork shank
1 chicken
1 ham hock
250 grams of smoked bacon
300 grams of raw prosciutto
250 grams of blood sausage
370 grams of cabbage, washed and tied

1 kilogram of white cabbage

Wash the ear and pork ribs well
Place them in a pot with water and let them simmer for a few minutes
Drain the liquid
Put 12 cups of water into a large pot and add beef, ear, and pork ribs
Let it cook for 2 hours
Add chicken, ham hock, smoked bacon, and prosciutto
Let it cook for another 30 minutes
Add blood sausage and let it cook for an additional 15 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and let everything cook until it's tender.
