Ingredients:
400g of beef brisket,
400g of boneless chicken breast,
5 slices of bacon,
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
3 slices of white bread, soaked in 1/3 cup of water,
3 eggs,
200g of smoked linguiça sausage, cubed,

English-style bundt pan, 11 x 28cm, greased

Set the oven to medium temperature
Cut the beef into pieces
Using a food processor, grind all ingredients except the sausage until homogeneous

Place half of the mixture in the pan, cover with the sausage and the remaining mixture
Bake for 40 minutes or until firm and no liquid is released
Unmold and serve with leafy salad.
