Chop the chicken breast into fine pieces or use a meat grinder
Season with salt and pepper
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
Add the heavy cream, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, and place the mixture in a warm water bath
Add the chopped chicken and stir well
Spread a thick layer of the mixture onto a serving plate or shallow dish
Refrigerate until firm
