1 tablespoon of oil
250g beef cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon of wheat flour

1 medium onion, sliced thinly
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cubed
3 cups of water
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
3 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 eggplant, cubed
1 tablespoon of oil

Heat the oil in a pot
Dredge the beef in seasoned flour with salt and pepper
Brown the beef on all sides in the oil
Add the onion and bell pepper
Fry for 5 minutes
Add the water, bouillon cube, and oregano
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the beef is tender
Add the potatoes and eggplant and simmer for another 15 minutes
