In a pan with the oil, add the garlic, rosemary, green onion, tomato, and meat
Brown over high heat until the meat is tender
Trim the ends of the okra and add it to the pan with the meat
Reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until the okra is tender but still firm
