At dusk, soak all the salted meats in cold water and change the water every 2 hours (6 or 7 times)
If you prefer, you can also desalinate the meat by leaving it for 5 minutes in a pot with boiling water
Repeat this process twice

When the black beans start to cook, add the vegetables and seasonings
