1 kg of beef
1/2 kg of chopped pork
1 small turnip cut into thick slices (about 90g)
3 tomatoes cut into 4 parts (405g)
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 medium onion cut into slices (100g)
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 and 1/2 cups of canjiquinha (quirela)
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 cups of water

Clean the beef and cut it into cubes about 3 cm
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the beef and cook until browned, then add the remaining ingredients and stir
Close the pressure cooker
Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until the valve starts to release steam
Let it cool for 5 minutes
Finish cooling under cold running water
Open the pressure cooker and transfer the stew to a serving dish.
