1 kg of braço
1 cup of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 large onions, sliced into rings
400 g of Portuguese linguiça, cut into pieces
3 carrots, cut into 3 equal parts each
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
2 diced tomatoes
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 cup of water
salt and black pepper to taste

Clean and cut the braço into 2-3 cm pieces
Dust each piece with wheat flour
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onion
Add the meat, linguiça cut into thick slices, and remaining ingredients without mixing
Close the pressure cooker
Bring to a boil and cook for 25 minutes after the valve starts to bubble
Let it cool for 5 minutes
Finish cooling under cold running water
Open the pressure cooker and place the stew in a serving dish
Serve 6-7 people.
