Season the rabbit with plenty of black pepper and paprika
In a pot
add the bacon, onion, and rabbit and fry until golden brown
Cover the pot and cook the meat in its own juices
Dissolve the tomato paste in water and add it to the pot
Recover the pot and cook for another 20 minutes
Thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch, add the cucumber, and season with lemon juice
Furder season with paprika and black pepper
Serving with rice
Serve 3-4 portions.
