1/2 package of lasagna noodle dough (250g)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt to taste
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
4 cups of milk
300g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
300g of cooked ham, sliced
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the lasagna noodle dough in boiling water with olive oil and salt
As it cooks, place it in a baking dish with cold water
Prepare the white sauce: melt the butter or margarine in a pan and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly
Cook until it starts to brown
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly, and cook until it thickens
Add salt to taste
Assemble the lasagna in a medium-sized refractory mold (35.5 x 22 cm), alternating layers of cooked noodle dough, white sauce, mozzarella cheese, and ham until all ingredients are used up
The final layer should be of white sauce
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place it in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes or until hot
