2 and 1/2 cups of rice
1 small chicken cut into joints

150g of anchovies in rings
1 bell pepper in rings
5 cups of hot water
3 diced tomatoes
8 leaves of cabbage
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste

Season the chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper
Melt the bacon in olive oil, add the chicken, and let it brown
Add the onion, anchovies, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, and let it simmer well
Add the rice, stir, and add the hot water
Season with salt, parsley, and black pepper
When the water boils, add the cabbage leaves
Cook for 20 minutes
Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
