In a pan, cook the chive florets in boiling water until tender
Drain and chop finely
Place the mixture in a bowl and add the ham, milk, egg, and grated Parmesan cheese
Mix well and season with salt
If the consistency is too soft
Add another slice of finely chopped ham
Divide the mixture into five parts and shape into burgers
Brush an anti-adhesive skillet with oil and heat over medium-low heat
Fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown
Assemble the sandwiches and serve
