Pancakes:
2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast.
Filling:
500 g of ground meat
Seasonings to taste
200 g of mozzarella cheese
200 g of prosciutto.
Sauce:
One can of tomato sauce
One can of white sauce
Onions and garlic to taste
1 tablespoon of oregano
Pancakes:

In a blender, combine all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mass
Fry the pancakes one by one and separate them
Filling:
Brown the ground meat with seasonings
In a refrigerator, place some sauce, layer with meat and some pancakes
Then, place more sauce over the pancakes and distribute the meat
After that, make another layer of pancake and white sauce
Cover with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese and one more layer of pancake
Place the filling up to the rim of the refrigerator
Cover with mozzarella cheese and sauce and bake.
