Mix well the yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl
Add the milk at room temperature, the egg, the olive oil, and the flour gradually until it becomes homogeneous
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, forming a rectangle, place the fillings ingredients over the dough in order of ingredients
Roll up like a rolling pizza loaf, closing the ends so that the filling doesn't come out
Pierce with beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden.
