Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine in a pan and sauté the onion and zucchini
Add the beef broth, cauliflower, and seasonings
Cook the vegetables for about 30 minutes
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine in a skillet, add the morcilla, and quickly fry it
Combine with the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
