6 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces

Potato mixture
In the smaller bowl, place the potatoes and cover them with water
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, leaving a gap, and cook on high in the microwave for 25 minutes or until they're soft
Drain
Squeeze the potatoes to remove excess liquid, add all the other ingredients, and mix well. Reserve
Sauce
Mix all the ingredients in the larger bowl and cook on high in the microwave for 10 minutes or until the tomato is soft
Blend in a blender and return it to the bowl
Remove half a spoonful of potato mixture each time, shape into small balls, and set aside
Distribute them over the sauce
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Aquatic dish in the microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Let it rest for 1 minute, then remove and serve.
