Cut the meat into small cubes
Fry in oil, along with the crushed garlic and chopped onion, until they are lightly browned
Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the broth
Cover the pan and let it cook for about 50 minutes, or until the meat is tender
Add water if necessary
Clean the beans and cut them into pieces
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 4
Add to the pot and cook for another 25 minutes
In the last 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, cut into 4 parts
Then, mix the sour cream with the wheat flour and add it to the stew
Check the seasoning and cook while stirring for a few more minutes
Serve in 4 portions.
