1/2 cup (ch) of butter

2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon of olive oil
150g of mozzarella cheese sliced
1 medium onion chopped
1 tomato seedless and chopped
300g of linguiça calabresa
1/4 cup (ch) of green pitted olives chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup (ch) of butter

Filling
1 tablespoon of olive oil
150g of mozzarella cheese sliced

1/4 cup (ch) of green pitted olives chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Mix the butter, eggs, milk, yeast, and salt
Gradually add the all-purpose flour until the dough doesn't stick to your hands
Cover and let it rest for ten minutes
Filling
Heat the olive oil, sauté the onion, tomato, and linguiça cut into cubes
Add the green olives and parsley
Remove from heat and let it cool
Open the dough, forming a rectangle
Place the mozzarella cheese slices in the center and on top, the linguiça filling
Cut the dough edges into strips
Cross the dough strips over the filling
Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden.
