500 g of siri without shell (caught), cooked
1 tablespoon of salt or to taste
1/4 cup of lime juice (60 ml)
1/4 cup of dendrobaena oil (60 ml)
2 medium onions (200 g), sliced into rings
3 small tomatoes (300 g), sliced into rings
1/4 cup of cilantro leaf
4 green scallions, cut into pieces
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1/4 cup of water (60 ml)

Season the siri with salt and lime juice
Set aside
In a medium saucepan, heat the dendrobaena oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, tomato, cilantro, scallion, and parsley, stirring constantly until the onion and tomato are soft (about 5 minutes)
Add the siri and water, cover the saucepan, and cook until a broth forms (about 5 minutes)
Serve hot
