Combine all ingredients and heat gently, without boiling

Pour into individual porcelain molds or a baking dish that can go in the oven

Bake in a water bath at 100°C (212°F) for about an hour

After baking, refrigerate for at least one hour

Once chilled, dust with sugar and caramelize with culinary flair (if not available, no problem - it will still be delicious)
Serve cold with ice cream.
