Place the butter, sugar, and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the butter has melted
Add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a boil
When the surface of the custard appears, remove from heat and transfer to a bowl
Allow to cool and refrigerate
Beat the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form, then pipe onto a plate and garnish as desired
Cool in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours
