2/3 cup of rum

Strain the guavas and reserve the syrup
Mix in the reserved syrup, remaining ingredients, and blend well
Blend in a blender for 3 times
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
Serve in bowls and, if desired, garnish with whipped cream sweetened with cinnamon
Bake at 375°F for about 6 portions.
