3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 cup of seedless raisins
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
30 packets of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Heat a pan with the bananas, butter, and let it fry
Fry also the mashed banana slices lightly without letting them get too soggy
Set aside
Then, heat another pan with the milk, egg yolks, raisins, and cornstarch
Stir until thickened; remove from heat and mix in 2/3 of the vanilla pudding mix
In a refrigerator, place half of the cream
On top, arrange the banana slices and cover them with the remaining cream
Distribute the mashed bananas on top and finally place the whipped egg whites mixed with a pinch of salt and the remaining vanilla pudding mix
Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and refrigerate.
