Blend the milk, egg yolks, condensed milk, and cornstarch in a blender
Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Pour into a refrigerator and after cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, then mix with cold water and stir well
Whip the whites to stiff peaks, add sugar and whip until combined, then fold into the gelatin mixture
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Decorate as desired.
