Submerge the chocolate and vanilla beans in warm water and heat until the chocolate melts
Beat the egg whites to a snow-like consistency
Beat the yolks until they thicken and turn light in color
Combine the melted chocolate and vanilla mixture with the yolks and mix well
Add the whipped egg whites, mixing carefully
Place it in a glass container that can be taken to the table
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Before serving, garnish with whipped chantilly cream and shavings of dark chocolate
Serve 10-12 portions.
