Remove the avocado pits and place the flesh in a blender
Add heavy cream, lime juice, and salt
Blend until smooth
Heat the chicken broth
Distribute the avocado puree into soup bowls or a serving bowl
Gradually add the hot broth while stirring well
Finally, add the white wine
Garnish with thin slices of lime
Serve hot or cold
