6 large tomatoes
2 cans of tuna
1 cup of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of finely chopped pickles
lettuce leaves

Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, cutting just above the bottom
Open them up and remove some of the seeds
Mince the tuna, mix with mayonnaise and pickles
Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture and arrange on lettuce leaves
Serve 6 portions.
