Preheat a refrigerator to medium heat
Place the onion, butter, and flour in it

Microwave on high for 3 minutes

Add milk, salt, and nutmeg
Cover, leaving a small opening
Turn oven to high and cook for an additional 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes

Finally, add the diced palm oil and cook for another minute at the same heat
Serve hot.
