12 oz cod
4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of sea salt
12 oz cod

Cut the cod into thick slices and place in a baking dish, greased with the olive oil
Add the sea salt
Place in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until the cod is tender but not too soft
Remove from the oven and serve
