Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Place kale in a medium-sized bowl and distribute it evenly. Reserve
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and spread over the kale
Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and bake until the kale is tender (about 30 minutes)
Remove the foil and serve immediately
