Wash the garlic cloves well and cut them into thin slices
In a medium saucepan, sauté the garlic with the onion in butter for about 10 minutes
After that, add the chopped potatoes
Add the chicken broth and let it cook until the potato is soft
With the saucepan still on the heat, add the milk, salt to taste, and mix well
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly
After that, blend the entire mixture in a blender until it becomes a cream
Pour it into a saucepan
Heat the soup over medium heat and add the heavy cream
Cook for a few more minutes, just to warm it up
