1 medium-sized broccoli crown (stalks and florets), chopped

Cook the broccoli in a pot with hot water for 7 minutes, or until tender
Remove from heat, drain excess water and chop into small pieces
Transfer to blender, add milk, evaporated milk, flour, and salt
Blend for 2 minutes and reserve
Heat olive oil in a pan with chopped onion and 1 tablespoon of water
Sauté until the onion is tender, then add the broccoli mixture and stir constantly for 5 minutes
