1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup (or to taste) of strong coffee
1/2 cup of whipped cream
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup (or to taste) of strong coffee
1/2 cup of whipped cream
Melt the sugar over low heat until golden brown
Remove from heat and whisk in the coffee slowly
Return to heat and bring to a slightly thickened consistency
Let cool slightly, then fold in the whipped cream
Serve in cups.
