2/3 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

Scald the milk, coffee, and cinnamon to the boiling point
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla extract
Add the milk mixture
Pour into a refractory dish of sufficient size for the cream to be about 3 1/2 cm high
Bake in a moderate oven, in a water bath, for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool down
Serve with chocolate sauce
