In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of cornstarch
Mix in the coconut and chocolate
Assembly
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Slice the bananas into thin pieces
With the remaining cornstarch, caramelize a 12-inch pie dish with a hole in the middle
Layer the peaches and the pastry cream mixture, alternating until all ingredients are used up
Bake in a water bath for 50 minutes.
