In a medium saucepan, warm the milk over low heat
Remove from heat
In a blender, whisk together egg whites and cornstarch
Pour in the warm milk and whisk until smooth
Return the saucepan to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened
Add in white chocolate chips and stir until melted
Let cool for a few minutes

Mash strawberries with a fork and mix in simple syrup, vodka, and confectioner's sugar
Bring to a simmer over low heat
Let cool

Crumb the cake into individual portions, layer with strawberries, and top with white chocolate cream

Whisk together remaining confectioner's sugar, lemon juice, and heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Top the dessert with whipped cream, garnish with strawberries, shaved white chocolate, and confectioner's sugar
