4 chuchus

Bread crumbs to taste

Cook the chuchus in boiling water until they are tender but still firm, then drain and cool them slightly
Drain the chicken, mix it with the chuchu, cornstarch dissolved in milk, grated cheese, and eggs
Mix well and season with salt and black pepper
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish and bake at medium heat until golden brown.
