2 pounds of cooked chicken, cut into strips
1 cup of chopped celery
1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded, cut into cubes
2 medium carrots, grated
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon natural yogurt
4 tablespoons tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and black pepper to taste

Arrange all ingredients except the seasoning on a platter or salad bowl
Mix the yogurt with tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste
Serve separately or over the salad ingredients
