Prepare a marinade with pineapple syrup, soy sauce or English Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, and crushed garlic
Marinate the lamb cut into 5-centimeter cubes in the prepared marinade for about two hours
Next, alternate pieces of lamb with pineapple chunks and green olives on skewers
Season with salt and pepper during cooking, constantly moistening with the marinade that served to marinate the meat
Cook for ten minutes
