Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then arrange them in a well-greased baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes
Place the onion, garlic, wine or tomato juice, and parsley into a blender cup
Cover and blend for 3 seconds to chop finely
Pour over the fish and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
